Participants will earn how to hire, manage
and motivate staff plus how to organize and run an effective staff meeting,
create job descriptions and conduct performance appraisals.
Nov. 2nd.: Generating New Patients
from Networking & Presentations –
This session is focused on developing new patients from various sources
in your community. We will show you how to strategically network and build
relationships with those who could possibly refer patients to your practice.
Plus we will go through the necessary components for a successful health
talk (another great marketing tool for your practice!).
Dec. 7th: Improving the Financial
Health of Your Practice
Want to know how much your practice is really worth? In this session,
we are discussing the financial factors that affect your bottom line –
incorporation, key practice stats, access to financing and how an appraiser
looks at your practice and how to increase its value.
November 16th : Bookkeeping and
Tax Clinic Free!! (Registration required)
Receive an overview of basic accounting and bookkeeping procedures to
help you understand & manage your personal and practice finances.
Participants will also receive information about personal income tax preparation.
